The fruit of tradition

Isole e Olena’s extra-virgin olive oil is produced in a manner that respects the biodiversity and the traditions of the region, using the three kinds of olives that typically grow in the Chianti Classico area: Frantoio, Moraiolo, and Leccino.

After being picked by hand, the olives for our extra-virgin oil are cold-pressed, decanted by centrifuge, and lightly filtered so the full range of aromas and other organoleptic properties remain intact.
