Isole e Olena’s Cabernet Sauvignon has a profound and intriguing soul and yet is also charged with Chianti Classico vitality. Produced in small qualities, the grapes used for this wine grow on vines that are more than twenty years old.

Deep ruby in the glass, it reveals a broad, fruity and spicy olfactory picture on the finish. On the palate it proves incredibly enveloping, elegant with persistent and long tannins. It matures in barriques for 1 year, of which one third new, one third second-passage, one third third-passage, and ages for about 2 years in bottle.
